What is your current exercise lifestyle like?
I don't ..... exercise.... yet? :-x
I'm trying to get into it, go for a 20 min walk, or something like that couple times a week
I'm pretty even with resistance training and aerobic activity 4-5 x/week.
I train it like I won't see tomorrow! Lifting hard cause those weights won't lift themselves! Intense circuits! I live to Bench Press and squat baby!!
