    Jan Lokpal is a small measure. Corruption can't be eradicated by just passing this bill. A lot oc overhauling, rather complete change, is needed. How? Please visit skalkat.com for the solutions. (Read Survival of Humanity)

    We need to include "Referendum" (call back of legislators) in the Constitution. There are several important legislations (Acts & rules) which were passed by the British Parliament during pre-independence era! Examples;
    1. Indian Evidence Act - 1872;
    2. Indian Penal code - 1860;
    3. The General Clauses Act, 1897
    4. THE JUDICIAL OFFICERS PROTECTION ACT, 1850
    5. THE DRUGS AND COSMETICS ACT, 1940
    6. 10. DRUGS AND COSMETICS RULES, 1945
    (1) First Amendment Rules, 2005
    (2) Second Amendment Rules, 2005

    7. Public Debt Act of 1944
    8. Insurance Act of 1938
    9. RBI Act, framed in 1934
    10. Fatal Accidents Act, 1855

    These, and many others such, legislations contains COLONIAL FRAMEWORKS. No legislator is interested to change those shortfalls of the Acts & Rules. British people kept those colonial framework so as to suppress Indian citizens. Still now such clauses in the Acts & Rules are present.

    There are some Acts and Rules whose "year" have only been changed. Example, Indian Patent Act (1911). This Act has been renamed only as Patent Act (2005). The colonial framework has not yet been changed. No officer can be held accountable if some gross negligence is done by any of the officers. This clause was included by the British people. Still now we are colonial citizens in the hands of politicians and legislators.

    I strongly suggest to change these colonial structure and a strong "referendum" (call back of the legislators) must be included. If required I can show anybody the colonial frameworks present in most of the old legislations! We need a corruption free country and we need to throw out corrupt Govt Officers, Politicians from the country! Anna Hazare Jindabad. RTI jindabad. Jai Hind.

    Jan lokpal bill is not the only solution to eradicate corruption from India. It is a step towards a less corrupted India. The law should be implemented strongly irrespective of the identity of the individual. We should be alart ourselves about corruption in all stages of administration.
