While listening to the Steelers game on Saturday Aug. 27, I noted that Bob Pompeani was making numerous mistakes while announcing the game. Just listen yourself and you'll hear on a number of comments regarding , who was called for a flag and which team had the ball in a pile-up. I would prefer he make no comment at all until he is positive on the call. It makes him and CBS sound and look bad. I like Bob but don't make a statement until you know or see the play in its entirety.

Charlie has MORE than proved himself. It would be a real disgrace to let him go. He was a great replacement when Ben was out and what more can we ask of this man.

Can't get rid of Charlie! He's a fan favorite and reliable. There is a lot to be said for loyalty.

Charlie should definitely be #2. Send Dixon away NOW!

the longer you keep dixon around the more of a distraction he will become. he made it clear he doesn't want to be a back up let alone a third string qb. Plus the steelers can afford to wait atleast two or three years before they start a young qb project
