My actual first choice is for the Libyans to face the issues of Gadhafi's reign themselves, on Libyan soil in a manner that satisfies Libyans. I would hope that involves an impartial judicial process. Your poll choices (I know, Internet polls are pretty silly) presupposed an outcome if he was tried in Libya.
I am more concerned with broader questions. Russia put a little too much of her recent past into the "history" category when the Soviet Union collapsed. I think something along the lines of SA-style truth commissions would have been appropriate. I would say the same thing about Libya. Part of Libya's path to the future must involve an accounting of what Libyans did to each other under Gadhafi. To hang all of the misdeeds around the neck of Gadhafi is simplistic and unhelpful.
