according to my point of team Pakistan needs spacialists for every field like batting, bowling and spacially fielding is one of the major problem.
as you knows catches win the matches, when you drops more than five or six catches, then how you can win a match.

I Think foreign coach is the need of time for consistency because domestic coach always involve in the internal politics of the team and PCB is not giving too much time to any one coach like Aqib Javed who is the real qualified coach in the Pakistan, so i think foreign coach will come through a contract and the contract will make the consistency

In my opinion, it does not matter whether PCB should hire a foreign or local coach. The focus should be to choose the right person who can work on the weak areas of Pakistani team. In recent years Pakistan's areas of concern are their batting and fielding. Therefore, PCB must prefer a coach who is capable enough to work on strengthening team batting and fielding.

hi i think the pcb are idiots and selectors are absolute jackasses. they are majorly corrupt and bring the team down with this corruption. Players like Imran Farhat and some others have absolutely no talent, not even for domestic level and they are in the team through some family connection. please fire the whole board and start fresh without corruption. this team can be the best in the world but these retards of selectors and chairmans bring the team to the ground. It is also time for shahid afredi to comeback and join into a team because we need him and also hire a foreign coach like mathew haddin, adam ghlicrist, sanath jasuria, jonty rood, bryan lara.
Honestly speaking we should avoid Pakistani Coach because we had bad experienced with them in the past. IN my opinion a Captain should be responsible for selection of playing Eleven not a Coach, every known Pakistani coaches did that and thats really create problems, we had experienced in recently past with Waqar and Shahid Afridi . To avoid politics in dressing room we should Go for Foreign Coach. We had a wonderful experience of Bob woolmer. we should search a man like him.

And Pakistan is facing this problem because of our poor management system.Ijaz butt had taken wrong decisions that cause us very harmfull results.Coach is about to b a Pakistani or a foreign thats a main question.I think it doesnt matter because if board gives free charge to coach and captain then automatically you will feel the change.And my suggestion for foreignor coach will be a South African If a Pakistani then Moin Khan is main choice.Moin had the ability and he can make Pakistani players more stronger and can train them well.I think Ehsan Mani needs to be the next chairmen of PCB then gonna be alright.We are also in a need of bowlling coach as well.We need a coach that can help players not in bowling but also in batting and also main issue that is fielding portion

with all due respect i wanna say that foreign coach is the best option and the reason is very simple he will a fair person and will make decision on merit.Dev whatmore is the best person and along with wasim akram.fielding coach should be hired from Australia and give them three years time and get away from them and let them do their job.this is the only way our team will be the best in the world.some one agreed or not but this is my opinion

Pcb shoud appoint moin khan as coach bcoz he coach lahoor badshas in icl and was good enough 2nd opt is zaheer abbas he was great batsman of his times as far as coaching experience is concerned moin khan has an edge

In my opinion Pakistan cricket team doesn't need a foreigner coach because no outsider can get a result from the team as a Pakistani coach would be able to. We have got a lot of legend cricketers who are capable to teach the players who are playing for our country, such as Mohammad Javed Miandad Khan, Syed Zaheer Abbas Kirmani, Aqib Javed, Ijaz Ahmed, Aamer Sohail and Wasim Akram. Why look outside when you've got everything in your homeland. All that the team needs is a strong guider to guide them in the batting order and to point out there mistakes where they are going wrong! If there is another bowling coach after Waqar it is Aqib because for the past three years he was the Assistant bowling coach for the Pakistani cricket team and he's method of coaching is great and he has a better understanding of the players. Who ever be's selected should remain with the team for a longer period so that they can follow one persons strategy and not be messed around by being passed to one coach to another.
