To changing Captain or coaches days after days make pakistan funny to other countries. I am a Bangladeshi but i like pakistan cricket team from 1997. From my view i think its should give time to any captain or coaches to build a team as a team. Remove person is not the final answer. Yah its right that Misbah is too much slow for T20 and ODI cricket and i strongly believe that pakistan lost World cup semifinal against india only for Mishbah's negative approach (he is also 37). Meanwhile Afridi hasn't the idea how handle the media. He talk internal matters infront of Media (he is 31). Most important matter is that a player is not bigger than the country. So i think new PCB president was a well administrator. I hope he follow everybody's opinion and take a intelligent decision for now and future of pakistan.
assalam-o-alaikum Misbah is the best captain because some people dont know about Misbah he is captaining Faisalabad for longer perieod he knows well and cool minded person and also he leading from front best of luck Misbah& team in future
ps. abdul razzaq has got to be in odi/t20 teams....he is awsome!
i think pakistan has little choice but to keep misbah. to be honest he has done well, his own form is good and the team is generally doing well. a few gems have been unearthed in azhar ali and saeed ajmal, junaid and the keeper looks good too....not many batting collapses, bowlers working well. he is a little defensive but he has only been in the job a few months. most of the great captians have had years to develop their teams, so he clearly needs time. waqar would have been great to as a coach too, but not to be......if mohammed hafeez can stay in the team and keep his form with bat and ball, i think he could be next captain after 1-3 years of misbah.......afridi is a joker. unreliable, unprofessional, irresponsible, hot headed, cowboy slogger. he should come back as bowler in odi/t20 team and bat at number 10. in team ONLY as a bowler, not all rounder and definately not captain....he has no akal unfortunately....just my opinion....im not related to any cricketer and i dont have any links with any bookies, honest!

I have my thoughts that Shane Keith Warne the Australian Leg spinner was into betting on Cricket Matches. The source of these problems in Cricket in my opinion are the Indian bookmakers. Certainly not Sachin Tenduklar.
Pakistan thank you very much for helping Australia in 2002 with Kenya in Nairobi for the ODI Series back then. I hope that Kenya can qualify for the 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup (50 overs per side) in Australia and New Zealand.

I am not a fan of Misbah but I think he should remain as a captain for a while because every now and then changing captains will hurt team performance. The discussion should not be made till PAK-ENG series.

Misbah shud be retained no qsn abt that.... he proved it with tests.. guys its been an year that we have lost a test match..... you ppl always want boom boom boom boom.... Misbah can make that happen in ODIS too, Afridi is immature and cries for everything rather than sorting it out intelligently...Misbah has brains whr afridi lacks...let afridi learn from misbah then you can make him captain.. rememba afridi resigning is test cpataincy after 1 single test.. not a single guy wud do like that....afridi thinks that he can play only boom boom i wonder hw he says that he is a lower middle order batsman... he shud come after saeed ajmal or shud open the batting with hafeez .... Pakistan can try razzaq or afridi on the opening slot (like how they tried watson and sehwag)

Misbah cannot keep up to the required run rate in ODI and T20 and mostly it is because of his slow run rate the team lose the matches. I do not understand why he is being selected for these matches. He is just a test match player. When will the selectors learn???
Over the past three years, the selectors have made too many mistakes. They have kept the real talent out of the side. We do not judge players based on ten matches. We have to know that sometimes a player is out form for a short period and he cannot perform. That does not mean that he will not re-gain form. Imran Nazir is a great asset for Pakistan and so are all the three Akmal brothers. We just cannot reject Kamran Akmal . Also Abdul Razzaq should be brougth back immediately. He is a macth winner. It is just that he should not batting at number eight but be promoted to number five or six.
It is very important that selectors should listen to us, otherwise Pakistani team will continue losing like that!

So he must be given uttermost respect brought back in the side as a captain. He is a great asset and will remain for another seven to eight years. Butt is liability and must be sacked.

I understand that Afridi was out of form in batting. However he was number one in bowling, as far as ODIs and T20s were concerned.
If a player loses form in one aspect of play then the should not punished like that. Also it was because of Afridi that Pakistan reached the semi finals and it was because of Misbah that Pakistan lost the semi finals. Was that the reason to make Misbah the captain?
And what was the need replace Akmal with the new wicket keeper? Is the the new wicket keeper better than Akmal?
The fact is now Pakistan's batting and bowling has gone down, even more. Thanks to the wrong decisions made by the selectors.
And what about Abdul Rassaq ? Why is he out of the team? Oh, I would think the selectors would say he did not perform in a few matches. I ask the Pakistani selectors: Did Tandulkar perform in every match? I prasise the Indian selectors . They have a lot more sense that the Pakistani selectors.

In my point of view PCB should recall shahid Afridi back to the team coz he was the one who broght unity to the team while pakistan team were in a huge pressure after spotfixing , he got the team together and took the to the semi finals of world cup 2011.
