I don't know about other areas but where I live there are so many companies using day laborers or immigrants and paying them cash that they either would not answer honestly or never take the survey. This to say that the results are not going to be a reflection of what's really happening. I won't use day laborers, one accident and and I may be in for a law suit as I have often heard of happening.

You should of asked what portion of your field work force is not a U.S. Citizen.
