If I could do one healthy thing every day it would be:
A. Eat mindfully. It's important to me that I keep my cholesterol low, get enough fiber, and have enough vitamins.
B. Relax. Stress takes a toll on our bodies, and I don't want it to take a toll on mine.
C. Pursue a passion. Life is so full of boring moments- what is the point of being healthy if we aren't passionate?
