When you go out of town, who do you leave in charge of housesitting (or pet sitting) your home?

Neighbors. They are close by and can take care of my home/pet(s) regularly.

A family member. There's nobody I trust in my home or with my pet(s) more than someone in my family.

Nobody. My house (and pet) is self-sufficient. I can come and go on a whim.
