How often do you use artificial sweeteners?

Every day. They are in what I regularly eat / drink and I add them to sweeten what I eat / drink.

Often. I tend to choose no sugar snacks / food options and drink diet or no sugar drinks.

Sometimes. I occasionally have a diet drink and when I grab a sweet snack, I try to choose the no sugar option.

Never. I try to avoid them at all costs.
