Tebow should be traded for Safford of the Lions. Lions need a new QB...

I am very impressed with Tim Tebow. Yes he is young and this is his first year as a NFL quarterback.. I am so impressed that he knelt on the field and gave thanks to God. I think God has many good things for Tim so would like for people to get off his back and cheer him on !!
    Love the Broncos !!!!

I'm a Broncos Fan and was a huge Elway supporter. I like Tim, and I am glad he is finally getting a chance. We were going nowhere with Kyle, so why not make the change and see what this guy can do. If he can't play the position, then we move on and draft another QB next year, and hopefully find another position for Tim to play. He has certainly won the fans over in Denver, and that is hard to do, especially when it comes to the QB, because in Denver that means being compared to John. Look, there will never be another Elway in a Broncos uniform, but Tebow just might click if given a chance. He certainly has the leadership qualities that Jonh pocessed, and the team seems to really rally around him. I am sure Orton is a great person, but he was boring in the field and lacked that charisma you want from your QB position, the feeling that your guy can drive you down the field to victory, with less than 3 minutes left!

Only gays and women like Tim Tebow. Gay men like him because he is muscular and women because he is cute and believes in god. He wins? Matt Leinart won and so did Vince Young. Other winners include Charlie Ward, Tim Crouch, Troy Smith, Jason White, Danny Wuerffel and on and on and on. His throwing mechanics are not fixable. He has an average IQ. I give him kudos for being mentally and physically strong but that's it. Like Elway? What are you talking about? Tebow could live three lifetimes and never accumulate enough intelligence to enter AND GRADUATE from STANFORD. The only people that support him are the fans and alumnus from the SEC. The SEC is just a collection of junior colleges that have great sport programs. Vanderbilt may be the only exception. He sucks and so do the Broncos.

The constant chatter about Tim Tebow not possessing the necessary skills set to become a top flight NFL QB are.....Ridiculous !! He played on not one.....But two National Championship
Florida Teams & also won the Heisman Trophy in 2007'. His high school and college credentials are above reproach. His football pedigree is fabulous! Why would ANYONE
doubt his NFL future? He is the next coming of John Elway and I am a diehard Bronco fan!
He has no weaknesses that can't be corrected with the proper coaching! The ONLY reason
that the Miami game was not won earlier by the Broncos is that his coaches had/have no
idea how to design a proper game plan for him. They are trying to make him into a proto-typical pocket passer, which he is NOT. And neither was Elway. Or Tarkenton for that matter.
If his coaches would just let him play to his strengths (which are many), they are going to be a lot better off. All this negative media trash about him.......is just B.S. I consider him to be the future of the Denver Bronco's football team for many years to come. One day we will be inducted into the NFL Hall Of Fame. ENUFF said.......................

Tim Tebow proved to me that it only takes him 4 1/2 minutes to accomplish what it takes most NFL QBs 4 quarters to accomplish - A WIN!!

Ive watched him play since he took control of the Gators. They still havent recovered from the loss of Tim. I know Urban Myer had other reasons as well for retiring, but after Tebow, what else was there? Tim has tremendous leadership qualities, great moral fiber, a will of steel, we believe him when he says he will give all, not to mention his athletic attributes. Yes, he is reminisent of Mr. Elway who I watched play a few years ago. Whats not to want in this young man?

I would take Tim Tebow in a Gainesville minute. He is a winner and that's what Denver needs.

Whether you like Tebow or not, you have to be an idiot to deny him the respect he deserves based on his collegiate accomplishments alone. Why shouldn't we pull for him? What better athletic role model could we ask for our kids and future athletes? In the end, it's the Win next to the score. And so far, he's given Denver that.

The Quarterback is the team leader. Leadership goes beyond ability at the position. Tim obviously can fill the role as quarterback - two national championships and a heisman trophy. Grant it that was in college and now we are in the big show.... In several of the games he won at the collegiate level Florida was not the best team, but they won because of Tims leadership ability. He brings out the best in others, not just in himself. So YES, I would start him as my quarterback and watch the transformation into a Hall of Famer....

He reminds me a lot of early John Elway. It may not always be pretty but... In all honesty though, he has become the starter through an extremely difficult circumstance and I think it may take him time to get into the rhythm. I am a Broncos fan but lived in Florida where I was a Seminoles fan which means I was a Tebow hater! He has won me over. I like the scrapiness (like Elway) and I think with what happened the last two weeks the team will begin to believe that no matter what they have the chance to win (again...Elway anyone). THIS is the key statistic.
