What really drives you to change brokers?

Very thought provoking Jason. When I left my first broker, it was for lack of support and lack of real estate sales knowledge. Upon writing my very first offer, the broker (yes the one in charge of supervising, advising and overseeing transactions) had to open up a manual to "help" me write the offer correctly. She was a great, knowlegeable loan officer, but I was through originating loans - I wanted to write offers that would be accepted! When my offer was not accepted (and the receiving broker kindly pointed out the items lacking on my offer), I was outta there! I knew I needed a contracts class ASAP and a home with plenty of ongoing training. I've been with our Realty Executives office for 7 years and our weekly training offers so much information - even to experienced agents. I don't know it all and I never will... I just gotta keep trying.
