Im not usually one to complain on a website, however today I think I have something very valid and should seriously be considered by customer service.
My 2 children have been dying to see Arthur Christmas. 3&4 yrs old. They still have an aftn nap so i've been waiting for it to come into theatres with an evening showtime. Think it's been out for at least 2 weeks and still unavailable. The only other option Cineplex offers is the movie in 3D.. My children want to see a movie just like they watch at home but on a huge screen. They are not going to keep or want glasses on their face for 1 hr 40 minutes, and apparently without the glasses the movie is hard to visulize and also 3D does cause alot of people motion sickness so don't think I want to risk that happening to my child just for the sake of going to see a movie. I could understand all showtimes being 3D for an adult movie, but as far as I can tell, Arthur Christmas seems more directed towards children, so as a parent, its hugely frustrating 3 weeks before christmas, I cannot take my Children to see a new Christmas movie because it is only available at 12 pm saturday and sunday or 2pm m-f which for the majority of us, we work through-out the day. But yet in 3D, it plays 4-5 times every single day of the week!!

I picked Arthur Christmas if anything for its amazing cast! Seriosuly? James McAvoy, Hugh Laurie, Jim Broadbent, Bill Nighy, Michael Palin, Imelda Staunton, Joan Cusack... seriously, just say when :)
