The thing some people dont know is that Xfactor hurt him in some way behind the scenes before the performance.... its not that he didnt want to perform for his fans because that is what he loves to do, but it was Xfactor that he didnt want to support and perform for... He is emotional and u can hear it in his lyrics he writes himself... he deserved to stay!

i think that stacy did a great job and i dont know why the judges eliminated her... she has a lot talent and i watch this program from yucatan mexico im from there and i dont miss any of the shows.. but stacy is great.. and i feel so bad for her because she was eliminated... she is always going to be the best

The hole wrong choice on elimination is not about Astro and his crappy attitude, is about Stacy. First of all, is shocking that she dropped down to the bottom two. Astro is really talented, but personality is a fundamental part of being a star, so he would of been eliminated sooner or later, truthfully, he is really no competence for her. Eliminating Stacy Francis??? OMG, she is a real star wherever you put her and with whatever you give her. I think it was a huge mistake from the judges to eliminate her, she is one of the few who has it to win. She was a favorite from the beginning, and I hope she still will be as a singer, even if she is now disappointingly out of the competition.

People let's not forget that this young man has emotions just like all of your kids do too. His was shown in front of millions. Is he not normal? Yes. He is a very talented young man that takes what he loves very seriously. Maybe if more adults followed suit about their passions, then we all would be less critical and see this kids talent. He is human and has emotios like us all. If you weren't surprised that he was in the bottom two, then you don't really watch the show, and know what's at stake.

I didn't like him when he wouldn't dance. " I didn't come here to dance", as he sat on the stage floor. Why did everyone else have to be judged on team preformance and not him? I think maybe for TV rating .

Shame on you xFactor judges... what were you thinking letting this little kid dictate that he is not replaceable. Stacey blew away Astro. If you are judging this night to save themselves, what the heck were you going back over all the prior performances to save this snotty little kid who always has an attitude. You made a huge mistake and I think it will come back to bite you in the ass. You'll see when the public puts Astro back in the bottom two next week. You going to save him them too. Not really liking your show much after you not listening to the people, your audience.

I might be 60 something but for the life of me I don't know why this child with an attitude that 'talks 'presumably because he can't sing isn't sent back to school where he belongs learning the three "r" s and a little respect for his elders.
Vote him through and count on reading about him 5 years from now dead in a motel room from pills or other good life issues.
He doesn't belong, he has no idea of what it means to pay his dues.
He has been on the big stage now for a few weeks and has developed a poor attitude. Imagine his attitude in a year.
Listen to the public.He 's in the botton 2 because we want to hear and see talent and not snotty nosed spoiled kids.

I don't consider what Astro does as singing. Can't tell from it if he can even carry a tune. If this is intended to be a singing competition, then the contestants should be required to sing. Astro is a little arrogant. I really feel he should have been sent packing for demonstrating poor sportsmanship.

Oh Astro you really stepped in it this time. Smart move having the x factor audience turn on you. You're supposed to sing to save your spot on the show not ask your mentor if you want to perform or not. Then you cry and whine how you were in the bottom 2. It seems to me that you're not ready for a recording contract because you can't man up to harsh criticism. He needs to go back to school and be off x factor

Ohhh ASTRO, ASTRO, ASTRO...you really made a mess out of yourself last night! I just felt so bad for your mother watching you act like a little punk! How dare you? You are nothing but a cocky little brat! I've never been a fan of Astro but I wasn't ready for him to go home UNTIL he acted the way he did. I was screaming for Simon to send him home and have them go to the votes. He might have still been saved but at least the judges would have shown him who rusn the show!! The judges should have been a littl more harsh on him. He is young but that is no excuse to be cocky and disrespectful. Since the very first time I saw him, I knew he lacked humbleness. I really hope he lears from this!

Astro should have been sent home yesterday. I can't stand him. He was way to cocky. America relates to down to earth individuals like Stacy ( who by the way I thought did an awesome job BOTH nights I loved BOTH of her songs!) When he did not want to sing they should have just sent him home to pack his bags! What was he thinking? That the judges would just automatically keep him in? That he was so much better than poor Stacy who worked very hard to get where she is that the judges would just keep him because he was the almighty astro? Ugh I don't like him and I will vote my heart and soul out for every one else on that show just so stupid cocky astro gets voted off which I hope is NEXT week!

Is this the role model we want for our kids today?? He showed more than disrespect to everyone (the audience live and at home), he actually made a fool of the judges, whether they realize it or not. He can do and say whatever now that he has the judges in his pocket. NO WAY should that brat have gone through!!! He is not even all that good. How dare he take that attitude, I will not watch the show any longer. I only hope and pray this puts him in the bottom and he goes home next week. That will be the only salvation for the future of the show. And Simon, where is that crude spunk of yours, on Idol you would have thrown him right off without a word? And Paula must still be high on drugs!!!!! What a huge turnoff for X-FACTOR....

Astro was "being real"? "Acted as kids do"? That might even be true, but I just cannot imagine any of the other teenagers in the show acting in a similar fashion, had they been in Astro's situation. And these other kids are talented too.
I was very disappointed in the judges' decision. Had the votes been deadlocked, Stacey might still have been eliminated, but I hope the voting public puts Astro in the bottom 2 again next week, if only to see whether or not he has learned anything. Come on, Reid! You have a certain responsibility here.

I believe he is just a kid and acted as kids do. Hopefully he learned his lesson and will grow from it. I look forward to seeing Astro every week and play his songs for other in my office. He is one talented young person. He not only writes but commands the stage in my opinion. Some say that he always sounds the same which I agree with, he does rap every week but Drew is the same, Leroy the same. I love both of these competitors as well. For someone to say he just talks and yells clearly does not respect rap as an art form. It's a type of music like country or heavy metal. I would like to see this person try to rap and see how difficult it is. People that are loved and always hated as well, I think attitude sometimes comes along with rapping. I want Astro to go all the way!

IT'S A COMPETITION!!! Astro knew, or should have known that ANYONE in ANY given week would be on the bottom to SING FOR THEIR LIFE and to be eliminated. I believe the kid really thought ALL American loves him weekly and he was really thrown back to wake up to the reality WE DON'T!!! Wake up Astro, you have to (like everyone else) take the bitter with the sweet. There is no excuse - NONE, for Astro to react or respond in the manner he did. He is not anyone's KING OF RAP!! nor is Astro the top performer in the COMPETITION. Sure, he writes and last night's performance was no different than any of his past performances - really. Listen to last night's lyrics. Astro was disrespectful to everyone!! Unfortunately, the judges failed to include SHOWMANSHIP as one of the winning criteria in this competition and the grand prize. Just think what the future Astro will be like should stardom status become his - don't believe I would be able to stomach him. Astro left a bad, bad feeling in me and a whole lot of viewers. Astro, YOU don't deserve the spotlight - at least not right now. Earn it Astro!!!!!!!!

First of all, he was just dissapointed. Second, he's attitude was not that unexpected, considering his background and music style. Let's not forget that X-factor is not exactly a platform for hip-hop.
And Mona, this is NOT just a singing competition, charisma is essential here. Astro has lots of personality that makes people think. After all, here WE are discussing HIM.

Astro is still just a 15 year old kid at the end of the day. That is a lot of pressure to perform under those circumstances. Yes, he has a lot of growing up to do and needs to learn how to lose with grace too. I am an Astro fan and have been since his first audition. But he was being real up there tonight.... I can't blame him for behaving the way he did. But a true champion digs deep and fights to stay alive and does it with dignity. He felt like no one wanted him and that really just broke my heart. He is still young and will learn from this. I still believe in him and know that he will come out of this experience so much stronger, better and even more brilliant. #teamastro all the way!!!!

Yeah, Astro might've had a crappy attitude, but he is most definitely one of the most talented, if not THE most talented of the bunch. And you can't disagree with that. He writes his own lyrics every single week. What do the other contestants do? Sing songs sung by other people. Astro was hurt and it showed, but it came off as being bratty or cocky, but he was just disappointed. I understand why he acted that way and I'm not going to penalize him for it. So far he's been the only person I've voted for and it's going to stay that way
