Where is the great "American" frontman's name on your list.....John Fogerty.
Not only is he a still improving guitarist, but he is one of the few frontmen left in the business, from the classic rock days. He wrote all the hits, sang them, played lead guitar, arranged and produced all of his albums, and is still Rocking on. I vote for JoFo.
