4th Choice: the TEAM. with that said, the team needs a leader--and they have one, (afterall the Broncos did build a team around Elway). So, I would say the organization has 2/3rd of their team--a great QB & a fantastic Orange Crush defense. Now if they could start building an offense around Tebow, the Broncos could start heading back to a Super Bowl.

If your going to pretend to be enough of a adult to watch football and make comments on it's players then you need to be adult enough to put credit where it's due. Before Tebow neither the coaching staff nor the defense could get it together enough to get wins. Now we have Tebow and we have his youthful energy and his winning attitude and we have wins. Therefore it's all on Tebow at this point to give credit for our winning team. A small amount of credit does of course go to Fox for finally getting off his high horse about Orton and putting Tebow in to play.

Leadership. LEADERSHIP. It's about LEADERSHIP. Tebow is the turnaround person who has inspired the whole team to perform at their peak, especially the Defense.
