Cival suit is total BS and nothing but the Mom and Step-Dad trying to get rich off this guy! He deserved to spend the rest of his life in prison and the kid's mom and step-dad shouldn't be rewarded financially for this mess! That's what's wrong with this country...if you stare at the wrong person and they get offended, they can sue you!

I think he should take responsibility for his actions and let him have his trial. No amount of money will bring their son back! I feel bad for both sides!

This DRUNK used his power and money to force the people at the bar to keep the drinks comming !!! Now if you all remember this low life was found in a Miami hotel with his lawer & pasport in hand waiting to leave the Counrty ? why was he going to leave ? cause he took a young mans life and he was the falt and he knew it ! Now he wants to use the systems to get out of paying the Family whats due ! I say take all his dam money and throw his A_ S in jail to rot in jail with all the other law breakers.

The worst part in all this was that he left the scene of the accident and didn't try to help his victim a beautiful boy with a full life ahead. He is a self serving selfish bastard, who should give every penny he has to the poor famiy of that boy and spend the rest of his life trying to make their life better.
