    Hey, big Malleus fan here.

I generally try to purchase posters from your site, but sometimes end up getting them from awesome poster distributors like Jojo or Moonset Gallery if the poster is sold out in your store or the price is not convenient for a couple of weeks. All in all, Malleus has done some of their best work in 2011.

Here are my thoughts on the sub:

Most people will choose the first option in the poll ("All the posters, variant, AP, whatever") because fans get the most from this. But I personally think it's more realistic to include every poster, and then only include some APs, special editions, variants or t-shirts here and there. Another idea would be to have at least one special poster or project only available for sub holders.

Including all posters, variants, APs, etc., I suspect, will make the price very high. If not, that's great, include everything! But if the price point is not on par with other subs in the poster industry, it'll make it more difficult for people to join in comfortably. That being said, maybe if you allowed a type of 2 or 3 part payment plan, the price point can waver a bit. And it'll make it easier for people to join.

Just my two cents on subs in general. I've been looking forward to some kind of Malleus sub for a long time now, and I'm glad it's being considered.

    Hi.
Living in the United States, I am very excited about the prospect of a subscription. I never seem to know (sometimes until it is too late) where I will get my Malleus posters. Should I order them as soon as they are available from Malleus direct and before the price goes up? Will Dark City have them? Sometimes they do and sometimes they do not. Will I be able to get them from an American distributor. Sometimes yes and sometimes no. And if I do wait to purchase from the American distributor, it costs me less than from Malleus directly so that is good too.
On the other hand, if I wait and they are not available in the US and I then go back to Malleus, inevitably, yes that's correct, the price went up. Arrrrgh (no, I'm not a pirate)!
I love, love, love all of you and your amazing work. Congratulations on ridding yourselves, finally, of Berlusconi, I wish Malleus and all of beautiful Italia a bright and prosperous future!

One last comment and please don't be offended.
It is not proper english to say or write "You'ven't" instead of saying "You haven't".

I was fortunate to have lived in Italy for 5 years and my Italian friends were NEVER shy about correcting my Italian language. Thank you to all my Italian friends. I miss you!

    Sincerely.
