How many competitors to Apple have voted for less than 8 out of 10? SIRI is incredible and actually HAS helped Santa. I know first hand!

As a recent convert from two Android phones (HTC & Motorola), I amazed at how much better the iOS and iPhone 4S is in almost every regard. I agree with the previous commenter that Siri is a game changer & is doing so as a beta app. The tasks that I am now able to do without having to look down at my phone while driving or even walking are amazing. Is it 100%? No. But I probably have success 85 to 90% of the time, which is pretty darn good in my book for an early release product. In two to three months, Apple will have many more applications integrated with Siri, and then we will wonder how we ever lived without it, while people with android phones will count the days until their contract is up so they can move over to the iPhone.

It doesn't work in India. It's not programmed to give me restaurant or places details in India. It helps in reminders n stuff but other then that it should also search the net for me if she is programmed that way. Let's see in next operating system update apple improves Siri

Its a beta version! Would you like to tell your readers what that means? Siri is truely a remarkable advance in computing and we will look back at Oct 2011 and realize, albeit slowly, that this is where it all started. Further Siri is a victim of her own unbridled success, her "unreliability" is a direct relative of her celebrity. Apple will soon flesh out the details. Things to watch for will be voice profiling (yours), will add convenience and security, always on feature, completing the hands off experience and more complete integration with key apps. Watch and be awed.
