If I am able to make trojan greater, than I will choose to stay

If I were Matt I would not want to risk injury by staying -- which in turn could put my pro career at risk

Football is a game and at most he would be good for ten years, a college degree is forever.

Kevin's line is generic. U.S.C. traditionally produces quality quarterbacks. The great quarterbacks are in sync, and tuned in with the Receiver Corp from start to finish. This was not the case at U.S.C. this past year. S.C. struggled in over half of their scheduled games last year. The Receiver Corp and Barkley came together at the end along with an effective running attack. U.S.C. will be at the top of their game next year. The Play Makers will be back in force, along with superb recruits. Barkley's return will contribute to the maturity necessary for consistency needed in early season performance. U.S.C. should be a contender for the National Title with or without Barkley. Should Matt return he will be pushed to a higher level of performance next year, by returning team mates, improved coaching experience, and certainly a stronger well-balanced Pac. 12 Team Competition. With next year's credentials Matt will be able to accomplish more than just being able to make it to the Pros.

Not sure what the hype is all about, he's not that Pro material, no advantage to sending him out one year earlier. Staying another year in school may allow realty to set in.

Always strike while the iron is hot. Football players come to USC to make it in the pros. Don't risk all the bad things that could happen
