When you act like an animal you get treated like one. They were both old enough to know what they were doing was wrong. they weren't 10. They were close to majority age. We need to drop the age for vicious crimes such as these and teach the criminals just because of their age they can not hurt another human like they did for their own sexual gratification and get a "DO OVER" just because they have an 18th birthday.
