Because it has a unique style and more fun and most of thing It has
many celebrity singers who are good at acting and dance, and beautiful, and this gives an advantage for this drama
Also, there are two of the nicest in the Korea and the are (Kim Hyun-Joon) and Prince of Tai Nikon and Taecyeon Bae ,Yong-joon,Han Ji-hoo,Hwang Chan-seong

for me , hearstrings is the best because, i can relate to the story and it has a unique style...
I think "Brain" is one of TOP Korean Dramas of 2011 !
