To add to the list, there is Googe Checkout/Wallet.
I would say all but check is fine to me and depending on the site, I might be more comfortable entrusting money a large 3rd party than to the security of a little random site.
Really anything but PayPal.
I use ShopSafe, which is a randomly generated Mastercard number through an online service my card provides. Paypal has crap privacy policies so I avoid them now.
