Did Season 6 overstay its welcome with rainbows and butterflies, comedy and MSR?

“This porridge is too cold.” – No. In fact, I want more comedy and more overt MSR. This mating dance has gone on long enough.

“This porridge is too hot.” – Yes, and good riddance! Give me the latent UST and dark humor of earlier seasons.

“This porridge is just right.” – No! I wouldn’t change a thing. What’s a little schmaltz between friends?

“Hey, where’d my porridge go?” – Yes? No? I just miss the classic days of the mythology. Hopefully this new arc will ground the series again.
