Yes I agree! Shoaib is a good player. In fact he can re-gain his his batting form he opens the batting with Hafeez. He is also an all rounder. And if Addul Razzaq can be included in the side then Pakistan batting will get very strong, indeed.

The bitter fact is that he is not a ODI/T20 player. Probably you not understand that there are three formats of the game!
In a test match it is fine if the run rate is 2.80 runs per over. In ODI the run rate should be 5.5 runs per over. In the T20 the run rate should be 8.1 runs per over.
Misbah does not have the ability to score more than four runs per over. As a result the other players are put under pressure and thus Pakistan lose the vital matches.
If other teams can more than one captain then why can't we? Obviously the other teams are very wise and they put their country first and not the players! If the payers not are performing then they are adjusted accordingly.
It is easy to win from the weak teams, the test of Pakistan team will come when they start defeating the tough teams. And I am talking about ODI/T20 and not the test matches.

It has become evident some test match batsmen cannot bat in the ODI/T20. Yes, we do players like Imran Nazir, Kamran Akmal and Abdul Razzaq in the squad if we stand any chance of winning the World cup! There is no doubt currently Pakistan's batting in ODI/T20 is very weak. Some top order batsmen are lacking confidence to score quick runs and score them consistently. Also the current Pakistani team comes under pressure when they are facing top teams like England, India and Australia.

Misbah plays too defensively in one day matches which puts a lot of pressure on his partner. As a result his partner makes a mistake and gets out!
If Misbah could rotate the strike regularly then there would be no problem. His partner would not feel the pressure and would play a natural game. I have witnessed so many times that because of Misbah not succeeding to rotate the strike regularly, his partner was put under pressure whether it was Umar Akmal, Shahid Afridi or anyone else. Usually wickets fall when the batsmen are under pressure. The problem with Misbah is that he plays one day matches just like the test matches. That is the reason why Pakistan' batting is very poor in one day matches.
Every team has some different players for each format of the game. Misbah is one of the player who cannot perform in one day matches just like Adnan Akmal is good batsman but he cannot perform in ODI. We have accept these facts and make the changes accordingly. If other countries have slightly different squad for each format of the game then why can't we? Look at England they have three captains, one for each format of the game! They are one the best ODI side in the world!

Some Test match players cannot play ODIs and T20s. Even England has different test matches and ODI/T20 squads! They also have three captains and not one. They understand that these three games have different formats. Therefore a different captain will be required for each format of the game.
Those nations who are not preapared to accept the changes, can never succeed! We need to make some changes in the squad and also the we require at least two captains One Test matches and one for ODI/T20. No doubt Afdridi is best alrounder. He should be the captain.

Misbah made some foolish mistakes against India and therefore the game was lost. Why was Hafeez removed after just being made to bowl one over, given that he was very succesful in his first over? And when Cheema came on to bowl in his place, he started bowl too many short deliveries which resulted in too many runs being taken. Having seen that Cheema was allowed to to bowl continuously for four overs. Why? He should have been replaced after one over! In the first place, Hafeez should have been allowed carry on bowling for a least six overs. Also if Cheema was not perfoming then Hamad should have been given a chance. What happened there? Why were not the bowlers changed continuously?
I am sorry to say but the bitter fact is that Misbah not a is ODI/T20 captain! Pakistan lost this match because of his bad captaincy. He should be removed and Afridi should be appointed before it is is too late. Misbah is just too cool to win the major ODIs and t20s.

in my opinion i think that afridi is the best captain for the pakistan team as there has been an immence pressure on misbah due to which he cannot play his natural game and the situation from which the pakistan team is going through needs a lot of effort from the seniors(Best of luck for asia cup)
I think Afridi and Abdul Razzaq are best for Pakistan every time. Both of they play more the 250 ODIs and had lot of exprince. Abdul Razzaq is my 1st choice Shahid Afridi is 2nd.

They have to clear to every one there`r no place (Option) of Captain in the Team. How our Players can play when there are 7 Captain in the time out of 11. im big fan of U-Akmal but now a days they way he playing look like he already get direction to do like this. then after lost your Wicket. PCB should think about it and now atleast stop Sucking LollyPOP. what is the point of Run out i cant understand. if any new Bastman come in team our Senior Players like ( Ukmal/Younis and Hafeez ) send new players in danger why why why why why why why why why why why... My Profession is Finance and i would like to do something different. So i request all nation stand behind the reality not what ever people say or Listen to IMRAN KHAN.

Brother mohosin sabbir,i know u r the fan of misbah but u can never forget the contribution of afridi.just re call what misbah did in odi & t20 in UAE.so think misbah should retire from t20,replacing afridi.take it easy i love pak team just after BD team.

What Afridi Did...
1- Bring Politics bCK IN TEAM
2- Whats wrong with our great Bowler (Waqar Younis)
3- he know that as time gone, he get older and if he unable to get Captainces then he should be out of the team.
4- Why he not rested in World Cup match because he know Misbah is great Leader. Misbah got ablities to lead the team. Specially he make good Platform in the match as well.
im from England and Love to watch our team when they playing but because of Afridi we Lost ODI series so he should be rested.
