    If both monitors are at hand, no problem. But if the other is a TV in the other room, incredibly annoying?

    This question screams of selection bias to me. How many people who do not use multiple monitors are likely to care enough to read the post and fill it in.

    I am using 4 monitor in my work, but tried ubuntu 10.04 and 11.04 both version but none of them give me appropriate output. So i switched to 2 monitor (twin view). I have nvidia graphic in my machine. But they not support Xsession for 4 monitors. I hope 12.04 have some powerful feature to support 4 or more monitors.

    Ubuntu runs inside a VM. The VM manager provides two virtual GPUs.
