Is the Trayvon Martin case too politicized?

Michael - what is most upsetting about this tragedy is the lack of ALL leaders; Black, White Hispanic and Oriental to come forward decrying all the crime permeating these communities. The total problem is not a case of a "white hispanic" shooting a black kid -
it is the fact that too many kids are being shot, including young and innocent bystanders. Where are the so-called leaders like Sharpton and Jackson as well as white leaders when even sub-teenagers are killed in crossfire between gangbangers. Who cares if the perp was white or black....an innocent was killed!
It is time for all people of good heart to stand up and say "Enough! " It is time for all people to stop posturing for the media and simply stand up and be counted among those who recognize "You are my brother and my sister." It is time to give it up to the Lord and follow His words of love and peace and get up off our butts to make it happen!
