How do you shoot elevated real estate photography shots?

    I tend to do more than one thing, I also often shoot exteriors with a tilt lens so I can manipulate the perspective from a lower point of view. I drive a large pickup (which I love) and can stand in the back on a ladder I always carry with me.

    I was also saving to buy a RC copter for professional aerials, but since the over reaching FAA recently banned them while passing rules to create a Drone grid over the US I have decided not to buy one. Hopefully saner minds will stop that nonsense that is hurting many industrial and commercial photographers from doing their jobs.

    It would have been good to allow combo answers as the other day I shot on a ladder with a monopod. ;-)
