The problem is both parties like to point the finger. It doesn't matter they need to start believing it's their jobs to fix the problem. The economy will only rebound when they stop pointing fingers and work together as repersentives of the people and not the parties they belong to.

It's a "myth" that the president could do or say something that would have an immediate effect on gas prices? You kidding? Bush announced he was opening offshore drilling and prices plummeted within a week. If Obama would end his war on the fossil fuel industry and encourage massive domestic production prices would likewise plummet - fast.
