Base on how China treats the issue and their refusal to resolve the dispute in an international forum and court, I'm inclined to think that they themselves acknowledge Philippines' ownership of the disputed area. I have a strong gut feeling that they're just out to bully us and that they think we're an easy target for that. Sad but I have to state they're a 'bigger' nation than us in terms of economy, manpower, technology and yes, even military abilities.
