It took me so long to decide this that I missed the vote. Both are among my favorites, which made this really hard. However...
Both have one above them, Mencheres and Bran respectively, so neither is actually THE ultimate Alpha.
BUT...Charles is more dominant than anyone except Bran...WITHOUT A PACK OF HIS OWN TO BACK HIM UP.
Bones actually has a "pack," an energy source to pull from if he has to, doesn't he? What would happen to Charles if he had this? Does he draw from his Da? I can't remember...
If Charles had a pack, I think he would be more powerful than Bones. But since he doesn't, arrgh, I think its....a draw! So glad you guys decided without me!
Ugh I know these are just going to get tougher and tougher, however Bones is - well - Bones so not sure if anyone will be able to take him out this year...
