History repeats itselt at AI. Philip is just like previous winners like Taylor Hicks favored for cutesy acts and tweaking every song but look where are they now; novelties don’t last long. For sheer talent, vocal power and range, Jessica is the winner hands down.

I think Jessica is too young to start out in a career. She has a few more years yet...Phillip Phillips is more mature and certainly older and can handle the stress in becoming a recording artist and I think he should be the one to win the American Idol this year. I vote for Phillip Phillips!! Go Phillip!!!!

Philips is not cute to me and I don't like his singing at all. Jessica is hot and cold when she sings, but she is the better of the 2 that are left. My favorite was send home 2 weeks ago.

Sure, Jessica can sing. However, Phillip knows and feels his music. He knows what kind of an artist he is, and I bet he writes his own songs. I had him pegged from the beginning and I would go to his concerts. He's real and unique. A good finale song for hime would be 'Halliluah' with one light on him with his guitar.

Jessica is # 1! Hands down. Phillip FINALLY decided to sing the melody to a song and they gave him a standing O! Unbelievable! He's better with his guitar. Let's face it: his voice (at best) is suspect.... Jessica has range, pitch, control. Game over. To me, the contest should not be about humility, cuteness, confidence, etc. It should be about who can sing. After all, it IS a singing competition.

Phillip is an artist. His Volcano performance was the best on AI this year. Midst the noise and bombast that is American Idol, he stands out as a winner. Jessica is a singer with professional experience and would be better on a show like The Voice. Phillip has all the qualities of an American idol--talent, artistry, humility. His originality and love for the music connects him with the audience more so than a singer who can do a wonderful imitation of someone else's song....

Phillip is the only REAL talent on that show. He is a natural singer and he feels the songs and dresses like someone you could walk up to a have a friendly conversation. His voice is "dreamy" as well as his persona. Love you Phillip.

If Philip wins, I will never watch the show again. He is so off key most of the time, and this is a singing contest, not a cute boy contest. It should have been Jessica and Joshua on stage.

Jessica should win. She can sing anything. Her vocals are unbelievable. WHo cares that she is so young. Just think what a few more years can give her perhaps another Whitney Houston!!!!

Jessica should have never been saved....she is too much in to herself. I will be totally disappointed if she wins......she's not an American idol.
