HELL NO! Stop pacifying intermediate-level trails in Horse Gulch. Make a beginner trail in the dog park if you want something easy for your kid to ride on.
No. The ruts are merely benign erosion effects that have minimal impact on the overall topography and vegetation.
Yes. The erosion impacts are too severe and dangerous for trail users.
I haven't been on that trail yet or recently.
