How would you feel about us ditching the DVD "iso" format in favour of MP4/H.264 files.

Do it! I convert the ISOs to mp4 anyway (or extract the mpeg2 data)

I still use DVDs but converting mp4 files to DVD is no problem for me

I still use DVDs and have no idea how to convert mp4s (but might be ok with a tutorial)

No I use DVDs and will do forever!
