Judge Colbath, your job is to provide an impartial interpretation of the law and respond to motions accordingly. How about you start doing that. It would be a first for you in this trial. Judge Colbath works in a court of law, not a court of public opinion... I feel most bloggers here don't seem to fully comprehend that.

Let's please remember that the REAL victim was left to die in the murky bottom of a dark canal while Mr Goodman searched for a way to cover his own butt. With enough money and motions, I'm sure the lawyers will find some way to undermind the criminal justice system..
