I do not think it is fair that they pay no tax on profits-but as in all things we the consumer will pay twice.First- in the tax breaks given to most energy companys. Second-the company is allowed a % profit from us consumers-if they pay a tax it will come from us the consumer. It is a circle that will/is hard to break. What I finf hard to fathom is the 30 some million paid to the top 3 officers---this is where some of cost cutting should begin.

Flicker plunder & loot spent 8 million on ad propaganda,13 million on lobbying I think they should be paying taxes.small business pays plenty.I think the Bernie Madoff ponzi scheme fpl has become needs to pay a fair tax.When FPL fails it will make Enron look good..............
