as for the uk, for a 75 year old he did well but compared to other singers he was well short,
the uk song is a simple song and you have to be note perfect, the hump was not,
it was contest with a lot of top notch performances, serbia, estonia, spain, germany to mention a few and being drawn one the hump just disappeared
i wonder who the bbc will select next year, no doubt they will go from one extreme to another

Yes Sweden had a great song that certainly deserved to be in the top 3 but really I have heard that backing track in clubland 10 to 15 years ago. What is really annoying is the KISS MY BIG ASS neighbour voting. It is truly pathetic and disheartening that the eastern block was ever allowed to enter this competition. You all truly shame yourselves.
