I agree with Tim. People will just buy more drinks. Why have we allowed the people who work for "We The People" become our bosses and tell us what we can and can't do,eat,or watch? My personal habits should NOT be regulated by any government agency.

I work hard for my money and it should be my choice to buy whatever size soda I want! There are more important things to worry about in this day and age than what size soda a person should be allowed to bury!!!
