I think he has every right to keep it, but I don't see why he would want to knowing that it could help someone less fortunate. Getting the scholarship has already proved that he can make it on his own merit. Giving it back, to help someone else because he knows that he doesn't really need it is more about seeing the character of a person...but that is just my personal opinion

I do agree that, fortunately this chilD does NOT need the money to go to school, like so many others, {Like my Daughter for instance}. I do however, RESPECT Justin for wanting to build his own life based oN his own merits, instead of wanting and being willing to ride on his fathers money.
