It never happens. There are no litigators like that. Losey is just dreaming this stuff up!
It happens every now and then, but it is very rare, less than 2% of litigators are like that.
It is happens, but infrequently, only between 2% to 10%.
It happens way too much in litigation, but we are still just talking about a minority of litigators, between 10% to 30%.
Come on, this happens a lot, between 30% to 60%.
This is nearly always the way litigation is conducted in the U.S., certainly more than 60% of the time!
