Our rights are being slowly legislated away. Where does it end. This is just a distraction to keep from focusing on the real problems we face. Whether or not I put a pop can in a blue container or not is not half as important as crime and poverty and unemployment. Someones priorities are all screwed up. I thought this was the land of the free but it sure doesn't feel like it.

NO! I will NOT be forced to pay a damn fine! It should be MY choice whether to recycle or not, and, I'm glad to say, I hardly ever recycle! I will NOT bow and conform to these environmentalist wackos!

Fines Can make some people Litter the Planet more. So if you Fine people you can more litterbugs. Litterbugs And Non-Recycling People will ruin the planet.

How could someone fine people with bad eyesite? Not everyone can see those little triangles at the bottom of trash that need to be recycled. Why can't they make them red or something to that effect.
