The non-sense of law: "you should know".
I vote for 1 unique agreement wrote with common sense and validate by higher instance.

Can't imagine anyone but a lawyer wading through "terms of agreement". After all they were written by lawyers in that indecipherable lawyerly language. I vote for plain language.
