Have you ever felt that as a foreigner, you have been discriminated against in Norway?

No, never encountered that

sometimes, but no more than in my home country

occasionally, but only from those who I do not really care about

regualarly in social and job settings

seems to be the 'norm' when applying for a job

not sure if it is discrimination, but making any type of observation is usually rebutted with accusations of being 'negative'

par for the course here in Norway

I have been told to my face that as a foreigner, I am incmpetent and of less worth then Norwegians
