But Taiwan is a small nation, America is a behemoth comparable to China, Russia.
We might have to dissolve America up into its regions someday.

I recently heard when Taiwan planned to revamp their health care system a few years ago--they looked around the world at all the different models. Surprise; they were not impressed with the American system. After extensive research they came to the conclusion that single payer with private providers was the best system to model for universal coverage, containing costs and providing quality care. At least they viewed those countries with that model as the best and most efficient.
That was second most voted for in this poll.

I voted for:
"Government provides universal health insurance, owns hospitals and employs health care workers";
anything the Grand Old Prevaricators oppose, I advocate: Romney is ex-governor of Massachusetts ("Taxachusetts" in local vulgate) where healthcare differs little from what Obama wants. What a contrarian game it is:
"I'm against socialism unless my party is elected so we can install GOP free-market quasi-socialist medicine. God bless you."
