Andy: If Gary Adams' web site permits comments, thank him for lifting your work without attribution and tell him it gives new meaning to the terms "honor", "truth" and "integrity" that he seems to value so highly. And yeah, post links back to your original stuff.
I didn't see the "humiliate him in front of his fans by posting links back to the original articles everywhere you find this" option. So I guess charging him royalties is the way to go.
