color #1, a flat powder coat finish than looks annodized

color #2, same color as #1, but a candy high gloss finish. Really pops in the sun

color #3, a light blue semi gloss

color #5, somewhere in between

Won't powder coating them involve placing them in an oven which will effect the wheels strength?
