besides the true spirit of competition, the Olympics is a international showcase of ahtletes and their never ending quest for self excellence in the spirit of their home country. We can all learn from the uniqueness of international culture and in most case the simplicity of life that is so much more different than the convience-driven mentality of the US. Go USA but just the same, don't forget about the underdog!

I am proud of how my country performs at the Olympics. I especially love the opening ceremony when they march in.
