This one is more gray, than black and white. If she reviewed each of the medications with the new nurse and together they compared it to the orders then I think they would be fine. The scenaro just said "everything is in order" which to me was not specific enough to ensure the new nurse understood the orders and the medications to be administered, for what and when.
