I guess msst people taking the poll don't really know the older comedians. I sat this because I noticed older ones from 30 40 plus years ago didn't get as many votes.
Speaking for myself I could have voted for almost all of them. And more...I don't simply like middle of the road, nor do I always like more abrasive or left-wing types. I like a lot of them yes.

I loved that show --"Whose Line Is it Anyway..?" And I just loved George Carlin!
I loved the older ones(though they wren't so oldfashioned)like Bill Cosby, and Dean Martin, Bob Hope and Jack Benny(my parent;s generation)
but then I find Ron White hilarious too! He's listed as a redneck, but, he's in a different class in my opinion--a weirdass one! :-)
