Not sure if Sapphire Shores counts as a Canterlot Elite, for two reasons.
1. She's a celebrity, a pop singer, not what I would think of when I think Canterlot Elite.
2. "Canterlot" Elite, nowhere (that I recall) was it ever indicated that she's from Canterlot or resides there.
But that's probably just me overthinking this.
